Class of 2005:
Richard W. Jennings, FAIA, Founder,
Advisor
A Fellow of the American Institute of Architects and licensed
architect, Richard has been involved in the design and construction
of more than $1 billion of commercial office buildings, hotels,
and mixed use projects. Prior to co-founding the architecture
firm of Sikes Jennings Kelly & Brewer in Houston, Texas, he
was Senior Vice president and Director of the Technical Services
Division of 3D/International. In addition to practicing architecture,
Richard has developed real estate and served as a consultant to
a number of national companies. A graduate with Distinction of
the Harvard University Graduate School of Design, he won the Dimitrios
Pikonis Award for academic achievement, he holds Master in Design
Studies, Master of Architecture, Master of Business Administration,
and Bachelor of Science degrees. He is the author of a number
of articles and taught in the School of Architecture at Rice University.

Farhad Soltanieh, Founder, Executive
As Assistant Program Manager on the Project
Advisors team of Skanska USA, Boston, MA,Farhad has been involved
in the creation and management of master project budget and schedule,
contract reviews, cash-flow analysis and forecasting, strategic
planning and client reports for multiple projects exceeding $200
million dollars. In addition, he has active involvements in Project
Advisors' operations management, risk management, business planning
for the expansion of program management services. Prior to joining
Skanska, Farhad was with Carter and Burgess in Cambridge, MA,
and worked for consulting architects and engineers in Tehran.
Farhad holds a Master in Design Studies degree from Harvard Graduate
School of Design and a Master of Architecture degree from Shahid
Beheshti University in Tehran, where he completed a seven year
program and graduated with honors.

Adam Omansky, Founder, Executive
Co-founder of Vela Systems, a Boston-based
mobile communications technology company, Adam Omansky heads Business
Strategy, Operations and Marketing at Vela Systems. Prior to co-founding
Vela Systems, he led Formanyelv Architecture and Urban Design,
a subsidiary of the Four Seasons Hotel Gresham Palace, Budapest.
Adam earned a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Cornell University,
where he was awarded the Charles Goodwin Sands Memorial Silver
Medal, the highest thesis medal for exceptional merit in architectural
design. Subsequent to the award, Adam presented his thesis research
in Advanced Theory Seminars at the Harvard University Graduate
School of Design. Adam earned a Master in Design Studies in Project
Management degree with Distinction at the Harvard University Graduate
School of Design. Adam has also served as a faculty member at
the Boston Architectural Center.
