Dr. Glenn Mueller holds a PhD in Real Estate from Georgia State University, an MBA from Babson College, and a BSBA from the University of Denver. He is the Director of the Real Estate Capital Markets Research Program at the Allan L. Berman Real Estate Institute at Johns Hopkins University, where he has been a professor since 1992. He also provides Real Estate Market Cycle Research and Investment Strategy for Legg Mason, Inc. He has 27 years of real estate industry experience, including developing, building, lending and 19 years of research. He has written more than sixty articles that have appeared in top academic and industry publications and is co-editor of the Journal of Real Estate Portfolio Management and on the editorial board of six other real estate journals and publications. Dr. Mueller received the Grasskamp Award for Research Excellence from the Pension Real Estate Association in 2001.
