In addition being one of Dallas's most successful shopping center/residential subdivision developers, Pollman served as President of the Dallas Home & Apartment Developers & Builders Association and is currently an active member of numerous local & national associations.
Completing a highly-decorated career with the U.S. Air Force, Mr. Pollman received his undergraduate degree from the University of North Dakota (Ph.B.) & Juris Doctor degree from the University of Texas in Austin, Majoring in Real Estate and Oil & Gas Law. His Real Estate Law practice led him to become a land developer and builder.
Pollman has served and continues to serve on the National Board of Directors of the Home & Apartment Builders for the past 38 consecutive years and as a member of the National Legislation Committee, the FHA/VA Committee, the Construction Technical Standards Committee, and for the past decade continues to serve on the National Multi-family and Assisted Housing Committee. He has testified on numerous occasions before United States House of Congress Committees and U.S. Senate Committees on Housing and Home Finance Legislation.
